Vonnie Jeter

Vonnie Jeter has extensive work experience in creative operations, graphic design, and studio management. Starting in 2000, Vonnie worked as a Junior Graphic Designer at The Industry Standard, where they designed marketing materials and resolved communication challenges. From 2002 to 2005, Vonnie served as a Senior Graphic Designer and Studio Manager at 4Mation:Design Lab, overseeing workflow processes and collaborating with clients to produce collateral within established budgets. From 2005 to 2010, Vonnie worked as a Freelance Senior Graphic Designer at Gap Inc./Gap, conceptualizing and producing materials for in-store marketing. In 2010, Vonnie co-founded Lettermade Design + Press, where they served as the Principal/Studio Manager, managing all aspects of the studio's operations. Since 2016, Vonnie has been working at OLLY PBC, starting as a Creative Resource Manager and progressing to roles such as Creative Studio Director, Creative Operations Director, and currently, Senior Creative Operations Director. Throughout their career, Vonnie has demonstrated strong project management skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a focus on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
