Marilyn Rogers has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the IT and education sectors. Marilyn is currently working as a Project Manager at OLM Group since March 2017. Previously, they owned their own consulting firm, LSK Consulting Ltd, since May 2008. Marilyn has also worked as an Associate Lecturer at The Open University since April 1995, tutoring various courses related to computing and programming.

Prior to their current roles, Marilyn served as an Information Technology Service Delivery Manager at OLM Systems Ltd from March 2013 to February 2017. Marilyn was also an Independent consultant at the London Borough of Redbridge from March 2008 to March 2013. Additionally, Marilyn worked as a Trainer at Socitm Learning from June 2007 to October 2010.

In earlier years, Marilyn held positions as a Project Manager at the London Borough of Merton from 2002 to 2007, and as the Head of Information Systems at Oxford City Council from March 1999 to April 2002. Marilyn began their career as the Head of Information Services at East Berkshire College from March 1996 to February 1999. In this role, they were responsible for managing the college's IT service and student records.

Marilyn Rogers pursued their education starting from 1988 to 1994 at The Open University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Mathematics and Computing. Marilyn further continued their educational journey from 1995 to 1999 at Kingston University, graduating with a Master of Science degree in Information Systems.
