Steve Knight has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Steve started their career as the Technical Manager for Theatr Mwldan, where they managed the technical department and oversaw the redevelopment of technical facilities. Steve then ventured into digital media production as the Director of Creative Mwldan Creadigidol. Steve later served as the Director/Developer at ap Ogam.

In 2013, Steve joined Shelter Cymru as the Digital Programme Coordinator, where they successfully managed the organization's £90k digital inclusion project. This involved completing the procurement process, providing organization-wide training, and implementing various digital systems.
