Claire J

Claire J has extensive experience in customer success management and implementation consulting. Claire worked at OLM Systems from January 2013 to May 2023, starting as a Product Implementation Consultant and progressing to roles such as Senior Implementation Consultant, Customer Success Manager, Principal Customer Success Manager, and Interim Head of Customer Management. In these positions, they provided expert guidance and support to customers and third parties, leading projects and ensuring successful product and service development. Prior to OLM Systems, Claire J worked at Halton Borough Council, where they held roles such as CareFirst 6 Co-ordinator and Finance and Administration Support Officer. Claire also had a brief role at The University of Manchester as a Postgraduate Student, conducting research on neuroendocrinology.

Claire J completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Bioveterinary Science from the University of Liverpool, with a 2.1 honors classification, between 2003 and 2006. Claire then pursued further education at The University of Manchester, where they obtained a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist, from 2007 to 2008.
