Brent Harkey

Brent Harkey is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in troubleshooting and technical support. Currently serving as an IT Analyst and IT Technician at Olmsted County Minnesota since October 2008, Brent specializes in hardware and software troubleshooting, virus and malware removal, point-of-sale setup, and end user support with a focus on emerging technologies. Prior experience includes working as a Retail Sales Representative at Verizon Wireless, where Brent excelled in cell phone sales and customer service, and as a Computer Technician at Staples, providing diagnostics and upgrades. Brent holds two Associate's degrees in Information Technology and PC Technician from Kirkwood Community College.
