Jackie Milnes

Jackie Milnes is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in purchasing and management. Currently serving as the Associate Chief Financial Officer and Purchasing Manager at Olmsted County Minnesota since May 2019, Jackie has cultivated a strong background in financial oversight and procurement. Prior to this role, Jackie held the position of Purchasing Manager at Rochester Public Schools #535 from July 2009 to May 2019 and served as the Director at Just For Kix from September 2008 to June 2013. Jackie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of St. Thomas, completing studies from 2001 to 2005, and received prior education from Plainview High School.
