Katy Winge

Katy Winge is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in marketing and content management. Since August 2021, Katy has served as a Communications Specialist for Olmsted County Minnesota, overseeing both the intranet and internet sites, including site design, content creation, analytics, and compliance standards. Prior to this role, Katy worked at Mayo Clinic from August 2017 to August 2021 as a Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing the Blood Donor Program's external website and social media platforms, as well as content promotion across various media. Additional experience includes serving as a Marketing Coordinator at BCF Technology Ltd, where Katy collaborated on key projects, and as a Marketing/Design Assistant at Aramark, focusing on social media management and public relations. Katy began a career in advertising and public relations as an Advertising Research Assistant for the Get Fruved project while earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from South Dakota State University, complemented by a minor in Marketing.
