Olmsted Medical Center
Providing guidance and oversight for Olmsted Medical Center’s financial reporting, decision support, revenue cycle, materials management, human resources, and plant operations is Kevin Higgins.
He is also involved in third-party payer agreements and OMC's tax-exempt debt financing. He is a key leader in OMC’s endeavors to respond to healthcare reimbursement/payment reform.
Kevin studied accounting at Minnesota State University—Mankato and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare finance, including time with Health East—St. Paul and Fairview—Red Wing.
Kevin is active with OMC Regional Foundation on various committees.

Olmsted Medical Center (OMC), a not-for-profit organization, has been southeastern Minnesota’s hometown healthcare provider since 1949. OMC’s 168 clinicians join over 1,300 other healthcare professionals serving at 20 locations, including two multi-specialty clinics, a Level IV trauma hospital with 24-hour emergency room, a Skyway Clinic in downtown Rochester, and 11 community branch clinics.
