Robyn Berg currently serves as the Manager of Patient Access at Olmsted Medical Center, a position held since May 2018, and is also a Board Member for the National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM), representing the Central Region. Previous roles include Associate Analyst and Patient Access Supervisor at Mayo Clinic, as well as Patient Access Manager and Referral Coordinator in various healthcare settings. Robyn's experience encompasses managing registration and scheduling staff, developing training materials, and coordinating patient referrals while demonstrating expertise in patient access management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Health Management from the University of Minnesota Crookston and certification in Cadence through Epic, along with CHAM certification from NAHAM.
