Casey Witherow

Casey Witherow is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and technology sectors, currently serving as a Senior Technical Partner Associate at Olo since March 2022. With extensive experience in restaurant technology partnerships, Casey is dedicated to transforming the hospitality industry through innovative solutions. Prior roles include Senior Technology Specialist and Technical Specialist at Sodexo from July 2015 to March 2022, various management positions at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center from August 2010 to July 2015, and multiple chef roles at Restaurants Unlimited Inc. and Queen City Restaurant Group from 2002 to 2010.
