Jimmy Grundman has over two decades of experience in customer success and sales across various sectors. Currently serving as the Customer Success Lead for Enterprise Accounts at Olo since June 2018, Jimmy previously held the position of Senior Customer Success Manager. Prior to joining Olo, Jimmy worked at Oracle as a Senior Sales Executive for Hotels from August 2015 to October 2017. Jimmy's career began at MICROS Systems, Inc., where roles included Sales Executive and Account Manager for Major Accounts in the Food and Beverage sector, as well as Senior Application Sales Engineer, spanning from August 2001 to August 2015.
