Katie Hards

Katie Hards has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Katie is currently working at Olo, starting in 2017. Their roles at Olo include VP of Product Enablement and VP of Delivery. Prior to Olo, Katie worked as a Senior Director and Director of Customer Success at the same company. In 2017, they also worked as a Restaurant Technology Consultant while being self-employed. Before that, Katie held positions at OTG Management, Scripps Networks Interactive, New York University, RootStudios, Knibb Design, Meléndrez, and EDAW. Their roles ranged from landscape designer and digital production/editor to an adjunct professor and head designer/owner.

Katie Hards pursued their education starting in 2000, when they attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Katie obtained a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (BLA) degree, specializing in landscape architecture, photography, and digital imagery. Katie dedicated five years to their undergraduate studies, completing them in 2005.

Later, Katie pursued further education at New York University from 2010 to 2013. During this time, they pursued a Master's degree in Food Culture.
