Lindsay Gillon (Holl)

Lindsay (Holl) Gillon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and sales engineering, currently serving as Sr. Sales Engineer, Platform, and Associate Director of Customer Success at Olo since January 2021. Previously, Gillon held leadership roles at Focus Brands LLC, where responsibilities included driving growth strategies for digital channels and off-premise delivery services. As a co-founder of Food Haul, Gillon contributed to creating an on-demand catering and delivery brand. Additional experience includes marketing technology management at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, operations management at UberEATS, and restaurant management at The Capital Grille. Gillon holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from The University of Georgia, a Mini MBA in Digital Marketing from Rutgers Business School, and a Masters Certificate in Hospitality Administration from Cornell University.
