Zach West

Zach West has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Zach started their career in 2011 with the Army Special Forces, where they served as a Green Beret specializing in communications and computer network design. In 2016, they transitioned to the civilian sector and took on multiple roles.

From 2016 to 2018, Zach worked as an Account Supervisor and Business Development professional at Glow Motion Technologies. Zach focused on creating innovative events through technology, managing client relationships, and developing marketing programs.

During the same timeframe, Zach also worked as a Business and Organizational Development Consultant through their own freelance consulting practice. Zach provided consulting services to companies in various industries, with a focus on health care technologies, digital planning, and design/build projects.

In 2016, Zach briefly worked as a Research Associate and Analyst at InCoStrat LLC.

Zach'slatest role is with Olo, where they have held various positions since 2018. Zach started as a Senior Customer Success Manager, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing key accounts. Zach then served as the Customer Success Team Lead for the East Region before becoming the Director of Customer Success Management. Currently, Zach holds the position of Senior Director of Customer Success.

Throughout their career, Zach has demonstrated strong skills in communication, technology, client management, and business development.

Zach West's education history began in 2007 when they attended Indiana University Bloomington for their undergraduate studies. During their time there, they focused on International Relations and Affairs as their field of study. Following this, from 2011 to 2013, Zach attended the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School where they pursued a degree in Middle Eastern and Arabic Studies.

Continuing their educational journey, Zach attended Belmont University from 2016 to 2018. There, they focused on Finance and Financial Management Services, earning a degree in Finance.

In addition to their formal education, Zach obtained a certification in MEDDPICC by SalesHood from Olo in May 2023.
