Helio Fonseca

Helio Fonseca has a diverse work experience in the IT sector. Helio started as a Professor at ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo in 2015. In 2014, they worked as an Engineer in Post-Sales at 5F Soluções em TI, where they were responsible for creating and documenting projects, leading the technical team, and assisting in problem-solving. Helio also worked in project management at Multirede, specifically in the Banco ITAU GPR division, where they handled network and security projects. Prior to that, they worked as a Network Engineer at G8 Networks and completed an internship in Infrastructure at Tecnoset. In 2016, Helio joined OLOS TECNOLOGIA as a Coordinator of IT, responsible for implementing and streamlining processes, developing new systems, and ensuring efficient IT management. Helio later became the Manager of IT Implementations and Projects, leading a team in various IT disciplines. In 2020, they became the Head of IT at OLOS TECNOLOGIA, where they manage projects, oversees network, service desk, data center, cloud, and finops teams, and develops implementation and process improvement projects.

Helio Fonseca completed their education in the field of Computer Networks. In 2012 to 2013, they attended FIAP and obtained a Tecnologo degree in Redes de Computadores (Computer Networks). Helio then pursued further education at Universidade Paulista from 2014 to 2015, where they completed a Pós-Graduação (Post-Graduation) in Engenharia de Redes e Sistemas de Telecomunicações (Network Engineering and Telecommunications Systems).

In addition to their formal education, Helio Fonseca has also obtained several certifications. In 2013, they received a certification in IPV6 Roteamento de BGP e OSPFV3 (IPv6 Routing BGP and OSPFV3) from NIC.br. In 2014, they obtained the ITIL v3 Foundation certification from ITIL Foundation Certification Training Level, as well as the ISO 27002 Foundation certification from ISO.

Helio Fonseca has also earned the CCNA R&S (Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching) certification from Cisco Brasil in 2014. Helio further enhanced their expertise by obtaining the CCSA R77.30 (Check Point Certified Security Administrator) certification from Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. in 2015. In 2016, they achieved the CCNP R&S (Cisco Certified Network Professional Routing and Switching) certification from Cisco Brasil.

Most recently, in 2020, Helio Fonseca completed a course on "LGPD Na Prática: como implantar a Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados na sua empresa" (LGPD in Practice: How to Implement General Data Protection Law in Your Company) offered by Fundação Vanzolini.
