Luan Carlos

Luan Carlos has a total of two notable work experiences. From October 2018 to February 2021, Luan worked as a Technical Support at BR LOCAÇÃO, where they performed various tasks such as network settings, firewall and antivirus configurations, printer configuration and maintenance, invoice issuance, technical support, and assistance to IT companies. From March 2021 to present, Luan has been working as a NOC Analyst at Olos Tecnologia, where their responsibilities include monitoring and implementing the Zabbix platform, settings on Linux and Windows Operating Systems, and reviewing server settings. Additionally, since April 2023, Luan has taken on the role of Infrastructure Analyst at Olos Tecnologia, where they are responsible for monitoring and deploying the Zabbix platform, cloud server settings, and datacenter control.

Luan Carlos completed their Ensino Médio Completo at E. E. Gonçalves Dias from 2014 to 2016. Subsequently, they enrolled in Universidade Cidade de São Paulo to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Ciência da Computação from 2020 to 2024. Luan also obtained additional certifications throughout their education journey. Luan earned the DevOps & Agile Culture certification from FIAP in June 2023, the Formação Java Web Full-Stack certification from JDev Treinamento on-line in March 2023, the Linux Essentials certification from LINUXtips in March 2023, and the Certificado Profissional de Análise de Dados do Google from Coursera in August 2022.
