Jan Allen is the Key Stage 1 Coordinator at [OLPS](/org/olps). Jan has over 15 years of experience in project management and coordination, with a focus on the evaluation and delivery of large-scale projects. Prior to their current role, Jan was an Evaluation Project Manager at VicRoads, a Project Test Lead at the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission, and a Senior Project Coordinator at the [Bureau of Meteorology](/org/bureau-of-meteorology). Jan has also held senior project coordinator roles at the City of Melbourne and Australian Red Cross Lifeblood. Jan began their career as a Program Coordinator at the Department of Education and Training/Swinburne University, before moving into project management with the Department of Justice and Regulation, Victoria, Australia and then the Metropolitan Fire Brigade (MFB).

Jan Allen has a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science/ Information and technology from the University of Mumbai (Bombay) - India, a Diploma in Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Vivekanand Education Society - Polytechnic, and a Diploma in Engg. in Computer Technology from Bharti Vidyapeeth - Institute of Technology. Jan also has an SSC in High School from Our Lady of Perpetual Succour High School. Bombay. India.

Jan Allen works with Wendy Wessendorrf - EYFS Coordinator - Reception Class Teacher, Rebecca Chadd - Temp. PPA Teacher, and Sarah Robey - Prep II Teacher, Senior Housemistress, School Council Lead. Jan Allen reports to Mark Havelock (?), Director - Teaching and Learning (from Sept. '22).
