From August 2015 to October 2018, Tristan served as the UK Commercial Manager at Summit Medical Group Ltd, initially joining in a Commercial Business Analyst role and advancing to oversee revenue generation and tender processes within the NHS. Tristan began a career in project management at Transport for London, contributing significantly to high-profile projects including a £400K CCTV camera initiative and a £60M depot upgrade. Educationally, Tristan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Politics, and International Relations from Oxford Brookes University, complemented by a programming course at Makers.
