Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at OLR is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects related to Oracle Retail systems integration, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The team coordinates resources, manages stakeholders, mitigates risks, and utilizes OLR’s in-house developed accelerators to enable rapid and scalable project delivery, thus helping retailers achieve a unified view of customers, inventory, and orders for enhanced operational efficiency and ROI.
