Luca Borella

Luca Borella is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as CEO of both Olsa S.p.A. and Masco Group since May 2014 and January 2018, respectively. Prior experience includes a managerial position at McKinsey & Company from 2009 to 2013 and a dual role as Controller and responsible for extraordinary operations at Stilmas s.p.a. from January 2005 to September 2007, where significant contributions included conducting a feasibility study for a Wholly Foreign Owned Company and leading an M&A process for an acquisition of an Italian manufacturing corporation. Luca Borella holds an MBA from IESE Business School, completed between 2007 and 2009, and has an academic background from Bocconi University.
