Joseph R. Birkett, CPA, MBT, is a seasoned tax professional currently serving as Tax Manager at Olsen Thielen and Co., Ltd. since August 2021, specializing in tax consulting, planning, and compliance for high net worth individuals and pass-through entities. Prior to this, Joseph held the position of Tax Supervisor at PWB CPAs & Advisors from January 2016 to August 2021, where responsibilities included preparing tax provisions and returns for individuals and partnerships. Joseph's extensive experience also includes roles as Senior Auditor at the Minnesota Department of Transportation, Revenue Field Auditor at the Wisconsin Department of Revenue, and various seasonal tax positions.
