Olshan Properties
Mr. Bornstein is President of Olshan Properties and oversees all of its business activities. Prior to taking on the role of President Mr. Bornstein co-ran the Capital Markets division and was head of Asset Management.
Prior to joining Olshan Properties, Mr. Bornstein was a Vice President in the Real Estate Principal Investment Area of Goldman Sachs. During his tenure at Goldman, Mr. Bornstein was involved in the acquisition of over $5.5bn of commercial and residential real estate and directly responsible for the closing of over $3bn in debt transactions.
Mr. Bornstein graduated Cum Laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a dual concentration in Finance and Information Management and a minor in Spanish. Mr. Bornstein was a member of both the Joseph Wharton and Benjamin Franklin Scholars Programs.
