Brandon Haight

Brandon Haight is a project engineer with experience in various manufacturing roles and a strong background in coaching hockey. Currently employed at Olson Aluminum Castings since May 2023, Brandon manages manufacturing projects in a foundry setting. Prior to this position, Brandon held multiple engineering roles, including manufacturing engineer at ACCU-CUT and Rockford Fastener Inc., where responsibilities included brazing, trimming, tool design, and continuous improvement. Brandon’s extensive coaching experience with USA Hockey spanned from 2006 to 2024, achieving notable successes such as multiple state championships and league titles while also focusing on player development and program building. Brandon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology and an Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance from Northern Michigan University.
