Eric L. is a Counsel at Olson Remcho, LLP since September 2023, bringing extensive legal experience from previous roles, including Senior Counsel in the Legal Counsel Division and Appeals Division at the New York City Law Department from 2016 to 2023. Eric's tenure involved providing advisory services for various city matters and leading appellate litigation, arguing over 40 cases. As an Affirmative Leaders Fellow at the Public Rights Project, Eric focused on enhancing the city's capacity for affirmative litigation. Prior experiences include positions as a Law Clerk at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, as well as a Litigation Associate at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, working on complex commercial litigation for Fortune 500 clients. Eric holds a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Social Studies from Harvard University.
