Kristen Mah Rogers

Kristen Rogers serves as a Partner at Olson Remcho, LLP, focusing on public policy, government transparency, and citizen engagement through litigation related to constitutional and election law. Prior to this role, Kristen was an Associate Attorney at Farella Braun + Martel LLP, where involvement in high-stakes litigation encompassed developing strategies and drafting essential documents for state and federal court cases. Kristen also completed a judicial clerkship at the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and worked as an Associate Attorney at Jenner & Block, achieving notable success in election redistricting cases.
