Charles Roy

With Oltmans Since 1984 University of California, Los Angeles, B.A. Economics Charles “Charlie” Roy joined the Oltmans Construction Co. team of professionals in 1984 in the Estimating Department. From there, he eventually transitioned into a sales position before moving into the position of director of Oltmans’ Special Projects Division in the 1990s. In 2006 when Charlie was promoted to the position of vice president, Oltmans Special Projects Division had grown from a small TI group to representing $50M worth of contracts and producing approximately 150 projects annually. In 2018, Charlie was named senior vice president, and in 2019, was named president. He takes a leadership role in managing the company’s overall operations, resources, and assets. Bringing almost four decades of construction experience from every level of the company to his current position, Charlie has invaluable insight into each facet of the business enabling him to lead Oltmans Construction Co. successfully through the COVID-19 pandemic and well into the 21st century.
