Chris Bell

Chris Bell has overseen over 10 million s.f. of construction products valued at over $300 million. As vice president of Production, Chris is responsible for the executive management and strategic planning efforts of Oltmans’ Production department. He leads a staff of over 25 project managers, quality control managers, engineers, and assistants. Before becoming vice president in 2020, Chris served as the senior director of Production, senior project manager, project manager, and project engineer.
