Greg Grupp

Greg has over 30 years of experience in real estate, accounting and finance. As vice president and chief financial officer of Oltmans Real Estate Services, Greg oversees the group which manages over 9-million s.f. of commercial property in Southern California. He is responsible for maintaining, at the highest level, the cash management of all partnerships, investments, budgets, investor relations and financial reporting. His team also provides client services such as tax returns as well as structuring real estate acquisitions, dispositions and tax-deferred exchanges.

Greg also volunteers as Assistant Scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts of America and has been involved with the organization for 12 years.
