Joshua Josh Boswell

Director of Preconstruction Services, Josh Boswell is headquartered out of the Oltmans Northern California Regional Office. As a director, Joshua “Josh” Boswell's responsibilities include tracking potential opportunities in the Northern California market, preparing conceptual cost analysis, and feasibility studies, providing value engineering considerations and assisting in the design-build team selection, contract negotiation, and project buy-out. He continues to establish innovative procedures in the Preconstruction Department, working closely with the clients, consultants, and the subcontractor community to bring conceptual designs to the ultimate construction for the Company’s unique project portfolio.
