Gianny Mestdach

Gianny Mestdach is a data engineer at OLV Ziekenhuis Aalst-Asse-Ninove since October 2022, focusing on establishing a data lake for internal analytics and providing anonymized patient information in the OMOP CDM format for large-scale medical studies. Prior to this role, Gianny completed a PhD in Experimental Particle Physics within the UGent CMS group at Ghent University from October 2018 to October 2022, following a Master of Science in Physics and Astronomy from the same institution.
