Yves Vermeiren

Yves Vermeiren is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in technical support and engineering. Currently serving as an Information Technology Support Engineer at OLV Ziekenhuis Aalst-Asse-Ninove since April 2020, Yves previously worked as a support technician at DCI-IT Resources from January 2016 to April 2020. Prior to that, a significant tenure as a Field Engineer IT at CDS, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, spanned from January 2001 to June 2015, where responsibilities included repairing industrial and professional HP laptops and desktops, managing short rollout projects, and collaborating with large companies' IT departments. Yves’s career began at Tracor Europe NV as a Field Engineer for printers from October 1996 to December 2000, focusing on the repair of various industrial printers and providing initial phone support. Educationally, Yves holds a Bachelor's degree in electronics from Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven' in Gent, obtained between 1993 and 1996.
