Emmanuel Petiot has a long and varied work experience. Emmanuel began their career in 1996 at Air Liquide Europe as a Sales and Marketing Manager, Europe, Project Manager (Germany), and Product Manager (UK, Scotland). In 2000, they joined The Dow Chemical Company as a Marketing Manager, Europe and Key account and distribution manager. From 2004 to 2013, they worked at Novozymes North America Inc. as Sales Director, Director and Site President, Global Business Development Manager, and Regional Marketing Manager. In 2013, they became the CEO of Deinove, an innovative 62-people biotech company listed on Euronext Growth operating in the ingredients and antibiotics fields. In this role, they were responsible for the strategy, the BP and direct negotiations with all key partners in cosmetics, food and feed, as well as the leadership of the executive committee. In 2020, they joined OLVEA as Managing Director, Vegetable Oils, and in 2021 they became the Chief Business Officer at Octarine.

Emmanuel Petiot's education history includes a Mastère in Technology and Management from CentraleSupélec between 1995 and 1996, a Marketing degree from EDHEC Business School between 1992 and 1995, and secondary education from Chaville, Lycée Hoche, and Prépa HEC.
