John O'Keefe

John O'Keefe has over 13 years of work experience in sales and business development. John currently works as the Sales and Business Development Manager for OLVEA since 2019. Before that, they were the Director, Personal Care, N.A. for AAK from 2006 to 2019. In this role, they were responsible for leading the commercial development of AAK's Personal Care vegetable ingredients in the United States Cosmetics market through the management and motivation of an internal sales team and various distributor partners. Products included shea butter and shea derivatives and various technically modified vegetable oils designed for highly functional cosmetic applications.

John O'Keefe earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in 1986. John then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration in Operations and Finance from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business in 1987.
