Pascale Padre-Leonard has worked in the quality management field since 2000. Pascale began their career at L'Oréal as an International Quality Manager, responsible for USA, China, Japan, and France. Pascale also served as a Process Engineer and Lab Manager, where they were responsible for doubling the production capacity of the shampoo line at the Rambouillet site, defining an innovative "direct production" process, and ensuring product quality and compliance. Pascale also reduced the delivery time of raw materials from 30 to 3.5 days. In 2014, they moved to Safran as a Special Processes Quality Manager and Lean-6Sigma Project Manager. More recently, in 2021, they joined OLVEA as a Quality Manager.
