Monique de Jong

Monique de Jong is currently the Hoofd HR Services at OLVG, a position held since 2023. Previously, they gained extensive experience in human resources, serving as HR Manager at IUCN NL from 2012 to 2023, and as a Senior HR-adviseur at FD Mediagroep from 2003 to 2011. Earlier in their career, they worked in various roles, including as a telefoniste and secretary at Adobe Systems and as a Regional Sales Manager at watt. Monique holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in European Studies from the University of Amsterdam and is pursuing a Bachelor's in Practical Psychology at NHA Distance Learning.
