Anne Mariët is an experienced professional in the field of criminology and pedagogy, currently serving as Docent Criminologie at Universiteit Utrecht since January 2021. Previous roles include Senior researcher/advisor and various positions at the Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA) from September 2015 to December 2020, where responsibilities included tactical investigation and intelligence acquisition. Anne's background also includes experience as an orthopedagogue and study coach at Max Studiepartner BV and as an intern in forensic diagnostics at Ambulatorium OGH Zetten. Anne holds multiple degrees from Utrecht University, including a Master of Arts in Global Criminology and a Master of Science in Forensic Pedagogy, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogical Sciences.
