Ana Santos has extensive experience in commercial analysis and account management, currently serving as Analista Comercial Pleno at OLX Brasil since August 2016. Prior to OLX, Ana worked at Imovelweb from July 2013 to May 2016 as Gerente de contas, where responsibilities included managing the new business pipeline, providing integrated solutions to clients, and enhancing customer loyalty through strategic consulting and post-sale improvements. Ana's career also includes roles as Analista de suporte técnico at Nextel Telecomunicações and Analista de Acionamento at Mapfre, focusing on technical support and emergency response. Ana holds a degree in Gestão de Sistemas de Informação from Universidade Paulista, obtained between 2014 and 2016.
