Leonardo Andrade

Leonardo Andrade is an experienced software engineering professional currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager and previously as a Senior Staff Software Engineer at OLX Brasil since December 2020. Prior to this role, Leonardo worked at Loft as a Software Engineer and at Globo.com in various capacities, including Software Developer for Globoesporte.com, CartolaFC, and G1 News Portal, where significant contributions included the development of an API Gateway in a microservices environment and maintaining the largest fantasy game in Latin America. Earlier experience includes roles at DClick Web & Mobile Solutions and Animus Tecnologia da Informação, focusing on application development, Agile culture promotion, and mentoring junior staff.
