Dagmar Bartels

Dagmar Bartels is an experienced public affairs professional currently serving as the Head of Public Affairs and Global Policy Director at OLX since December 2019. In January 2025, Dagmar assumed the role of Chair at Classifieds Marketplaces Europe (CME), a coalition focused on promoting sustainable commerce among EU-based online classifieds marketplaces. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Manager Public Affairs at Grayling, Public Policy Manager at Naspers Limited and Allegro Group, and International Affairs Manager at CEOC International. Dagmar's early career featured roles at the European Commission and internships at Ogilvy and the Ministry of Education in the Czech Republic. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in International Relations and Political Science from Charles University, along with studies at Aarhus University and the University of Copenhagen. Notably, a team at Allegro Group won two categories at the 2016 European Public Affairs Awards under Dagmar's leadership.
