Maude Lacoste

Maude Lacoste is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and innovation. Currently serving as the Director of Innovation at Olymel since September 2024, Maude has previously held senior positions including Senior Director of Product Development at OVE DECORS and Director of Product Development at Trudeau Corporation. With a career that began as an Analyst at Johnson & Johnson in 2002, Maude has also contributed to brands like Mega Brands and Les Promotions Atlantiques (Starfrit), and managed their own beef cattle farm as a Co-Owner. Maude holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, also in Marketing, from Concordia University.
