Normand Valliere

Normand Valliere is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the poultry and meat processing industry. Currently serving as Vice-président Division Volaille at Olymel since May 2006, Normand Valliere oversees operations for 12 poultry processing plants across Quebec and Ontario, and has taken on additional responsibilities for Health and Safety across 26 operational units since November 2022. Previously, Normand Valliere held the position of Vice-Président Porc Transformé, managing eight processed pork facilities, and served as Directeur Principal Opération Porc Transformé, focusing on operational management. Normand Valliere began the career as Directeur d'usine at Exceldor and also held a similar role at Cargill, showcasing a consistent trajectory of leadership in food production and processing.
