Tanveer Singh

Tanveer Singh, CHRL, is an experienced Human Resources and Labour Relations Manager currently overseeing HR functions at Olymel since April 2016. Responsible for managing a team of seven in two plants, Tanveer handles payroll, health and safety, training, and employee relations for 700 unionized and 70 non-unionized employees. Tanveer actively participates in management committees and contract negotiations, creating policies, recruitment strategies, and employee engagement programs to enhance workforce productivity and reduce absenteeism. Previous roles include Human Resources Generalist and HR Agent (Co-op) at First Choice Beverage Inc., along with positions in logistics and receiving at Best Buy Canada and Imperial Chilled Juice Inc. Tanveer holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources from Sheridan College.
