With a background in Human Resources Management, Dixon has worked in various roles within different organizations, handling day-to-day property management, coordination of maintenance tasks, and development of project budgets. As an Assistant Director of Facilities, Dixon implemented new programs to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs, while in their current role as a Property Asset Manager, Dixon facilitates decision-making efforts and oversees the planning and coordination of facilities operations.
