Rachel Sherburne

Rachel Sherburne is an experienced professional in the field of athletic training and operations management in healthcare. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Operations, Operations Project Manager, and Marketing Liaison at Olympia Orthopaedic Associates since October 2013, Rachel coordinates community outreach efforts, engages with referring providers, organizes lectures, and manages advertising campaigns. Previously, Rachel worked as a Certified Athletic Trainer, assisting a hand surgeon while handling patient correspondence and diagnostic orders. Prior experience includes serving as a Physical Therapy Technician for the United States Department of Defense, supervising rehabilitation programs, and offering group therapy classes, as well as a Head Athletic Trainer at Saint Martin's University, overseeing sports medicine coverage for numerous collegiate teams. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from Oregon State University and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Eastern Washington University.
