John Spiegelberg

John Spiegelberg, MS, IAAI-CFI, serves as the Division Officer for Wildland at Olympic Ambulance since May 2018, overseeing wildland operations and BLS clinical training in Thurston County. In addition to this role, John has extensive experience with West Thurston Fire Authority, holding various positions from Volunteer Lieutenant to Lead Fire Investigator, and is actively involved as a Fire Analyst at NEFCO Fire Investigations. John possesses a solid educational background with a Master of Science in Forensic Sciences, a Bachelor's in Fire/Arson Investigation and Prevention, and multiple associates degrees. Prior experience also includes roles in IT and instrument repair, as well as volunteer firefighting in different capacities.
