Malina Grall is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical management and patient care. Currently serving as Clinical Manager at Olympic Medical Center since December 2009, Malina develops and implements targets in customer service, human resources, and financial performance in alignment with organizational goals, utilizing lean management principles. Previously, as a Certified Medical Assistant at OMP Orthopaedics, Malina managed both direct patient care and administrative duties. Earlier experience includes roles such as Administrative Assistant at AGS Publishing, Program Supervisor at Buzi Bee Daycare, and Pre-school Teacher/Youth Counselor at YMCA of the USA. Malina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration/Management from Walden University and an Associate’s Degree in Medical/Clinical Assistance from Peninsula College.
