Jeremy Metcalfe

Jeremy Metcalfe began their work experience in 2004 at Weiss Bros. of Hagerstown, Inc. where they worked as a Receiving Associate and Inventory Associate, taking on various tasks including order picking, restocking, and organizing the warehouse. Jeremy then joined Olympic Steel in 2007 as a Material Handler/Shipping Clerk, where they were responsible for receiving and billing. Jeremy progressed through multiple roles within Olympic Steel, including Production Scheduler and Production Scheduling Supervisor. Jeremy then became the Scheduling/Inventory Control Supervisor, overseeing production schedulers and inventory control. In 2015, they became an Operational Excellence Analyst, and finally, in 2016, they assumed the role of Operations Project Manager, coordinating and managing assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Jeremy Metcalfe attended James Buchanan High School from 1999 to 2002, where they pursued a diploma with a fine arts focus. After completing high school, they enrolled in Shepherd University in 2003 and studied general studies for two semesters. In 2016, Jeremy obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from CS International.
