Joan Gency

Joan Gency has work experience in two companies. From 2016 onwards, they worked as a Quality Assurance Lead at PNC Banks. Prior to that, they worked at Olympic Steel, starting in 2008. At Olympic Steel, they held two roles: Senior Business Analyst and Senior Training Specialist. As a Senior Business Analyst, they played a key role in managing the software development lifecycle and saving the company over $150,000 through the implementation of MP2 in multiple divisions. Joan also led weekly status meetings with stakeholders.
