Matt Grussing

Matt Grussing has extensive experience in sales and management, currently serving as Director of Sales - Fabrication at Olympic Steel since January 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing sales and marketing efforts in the Southern Minnesota market through a consultative approach. Prior roles at Olympic Steel encompassed General Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Inside Sales Manager, and Outside Sales Representative, focusing on account management and customer service. Previous experience includes serving as a Field Test Specialist/Designer at Graco from May 2000 to July 2009, and as a Designer at Circuit Check Inc. from 1998 to 2000, where projects were managed from concept through to completion. Matt Grussing holds a B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing and Finance from Bemidji State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Mechanical Drafting and Design from Ridgewater College, complemented by further education at Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School.
