Rich Manson has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as Tax Manager at Arthur Andersen from 1989 to 1996. Rich then joined Olympic Steel, where they held various positions including Treasurer & Corporate Controller from 1996 to 2010, Vice President - Human Resources & Administration from 2010 to 2012, Vice President & Treasurer from 2013 to 2018, and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer from 2019 onwards.

Rich Manson attended St. Edward High School from 1981 to 1985. Following their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at John Carroll University from 1985 to 1989, majoring in Accounting.
